MaltaSolver
Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026
These Terms of Service are a product baseline for using MaltaSolver. They describe how the current service works. They are not a claim of legal advice, and they have not been presented as a formally approved legal opinion.
Acceptance and use of the service
By creating an account or using MaltaSolver, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and account security
You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your sign-in details confidential. If you believe your account was used without permission, contact MaltaSolver from Settings or using any support contact published in the product. MaltaSolver may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
Ask MaltaSolver and the Problem Solver
Ask MaltaSolver helps you describe a situation and open a Case so you can organise informational guidance, verified knowledge where available, checklists, official action routes, documents, reminders, and manual status notes.
MaltaSolver is not a government authority and does not guarantee outcomes. It does not submit applications to authorities, receive their acknowledgements, or automatically monitor their systems. It is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services — MaltaSolver does not provide emergency response.
Official and external authority links
Where MaltaSolver shows an official website or action route, you remain responsible for what you submit there. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Current government-related features are informational and user-managed (including manual reference tracking). MaltaSolver does not automatically monitor authorities or confirm their records.
Service marketplace
The marketplace helps customers discover providers, request work, receive quotes, accept a quote, and message about a booking. The customer–provider relationship for the underlying service is between those parties.
Payments between customers and providers
MaltaSolver does not process, receive, hold, split, settle, refund, or transfer payment for services performed between customers and service providers. Customers and providers arrange and pay independently outside MaltaSolver. MaltaSolver does not provide escrow for those payments.
Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, their qualifications, and the services they offer. Verification in MaltaSolver, where used, is a product workflow — not a government licence.
User-generated content, messages, and evidence
You retain responsibility for content you upload or send, including Case descriptions, messages, and evidence files. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or abusive.
Prohibited misuse
You must not attempt to access other people’s private Cases or files, disrupt the service, misuse accounts, or use MaltaSolver to commit fraud or harassment.
MaltaSolver subscriptions
MaltaSolver may charge a subscription for its own software and platform features. Subscription billing is separate from any money that changes hands between a customer and a provider for work performed.
Requesting account deletion does not itself cancel a MaltaSolver subscription. Use Billing settings to manage a subscription when that feature is available to your account.
Service availability
MaltaSolver aims to keep the product available but does not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product develops.
Intellectual property
MaltaSolver software, branding, and original product content are provided as part of the service. You may not copy them except as allowed by law or a written permission.
Third-party and external services
The product relies on hosting, file storage, email (where configured), and subscription-payment infrastructure for MaltaSolver’s own SaaS billing. External sites linked from Cases or listings are not controlled by MaltaSolver and have their own terms and privacy practices.
Account suspension and termination
You may request account deletion from Settings. A request is recorded; it is not immediate erasure and does not mean deletion has started automatically. MaltaSolver may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitations
The service is a practical organising tool. Verified knowledge and official routes, where shown, are provided to help you act — they are not a promise that a Case will resolve or that a marketplace engagement will succeed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MaltaSolver does not warrant that every guidance item is complete. This is a conservative product disclaimer, not an aggressive waiver of rights that a later legal review may need to refine.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The “Last updated” date reflects the current baseline (4 October 2026).
